Alex Lyons

Al Lyons is a Certified Personal Trainer based in Brooklyn, NY. As a professional dancer, fitness was always a passion and Al eventually found her way to group fitness. Previously, Alex was a senior instructor at Flywheel Sports, teaching cycling, barre, and HIIT style workouts. She was also a founding trainer for the Flywheel Sports At Home platform and a recruiter for Flybarre NYC. In addition to her NASM CPT, she is certified in Corrective exercise (NASM CES), Pre/post natal training (PROnatal), Nutrition coaching (Precision Nutrition), Kettlebell training (RKC), pilates mat (New York Pilates) and pilates reformer (Good Day Pilates). Alex was a founding trainer on the House Of Athlete + app as well as the Talent Development Manager for HOA. Most recently, she was a founding member of the RE/GEN Method team as the Head of Fitness + Talent Development. She teaches in person classes at Equinox as well as hosting live and livestream WORKUPs in NYC!
