TOTAL

THE WORKUP’s signature total body sculpt class. Alex took inspiration from pilates, sculpt, and barre methods to create this music driven, low impact total body burner.

CARDIO

ALL the sculpt you love from the total body class, PLUS HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO INTERVALS. All still based off the beat of the music, be prepared to SWEAT.

UPPER+CORE

Focus on all muscles in your upper body and ALL the core work. 360 approach of the core worked together with specific upper body muscles… this class is relentless but so worth it!

GLUTES+CORE

Get ready to lunge, squat and hinge your way to a stronger peach. My favorite class for cross training endurance athletes. Not your average sculpt class.

THE WORKUP Props

WEIGHTS

Light weights = 2-5lbs.

Heavy weights = 5-10lbs

MINI BAND

Preferably not the fabric kind, should be able to access full range of motion. I recommend perform better brand.

PILATES BALL

9 inch pilates ball for ab and inner thigh work. Make sure it is properly filled.

SLIDERS

Sliders or gliders are available where exercise equipment is sold but you can totally use towels or paper. Make sure it slides easily on your surface.
